We re-use our boxes to be mindful for the environment. Your items will be carefully packaged but the box itself is recycled! We aim to keep shipping simple. Smaller items that are in stock will be shipped as specified. Pre-order or out-of-stock items: If something isn’t available immediately, you’ll see a note on the product page with an estimated lead time—usually around two weeks (14 working days). Larger or unique items: Delivery times for larger, heavier or one-off pieces will vary depending on your location and the size of the item. Because everything we sell is unique, we take extra care to make sure it’s delivered safely and in the best way possible. The price you see online includes UK mainland delivery—there are no hidden fees or surprise costs. We’ll often contact you personally by email to discuss the best delivery method for special items.

We’re a small, independent online outlet - and we like to keep things personal and old-fashioned, which means we handle returns by email rather than automated systems. We only accept returns for damaged items. To request a return, please follow these steps: 1. Email us at shop@tiffyrook.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your item with: • Your order number • Clear photographs • A brief description 2. Once approved, we’ll ask you to return the item using the enclosed returns form. 3. Please include the completed form in your parcel, and kindly return the item in its original packaging, carefully wrapped and in the same condition it arrived. Being small and unique, we’re unable to cover the cost of return postage. Just as you’d pay for petrol or parking when visiting a shop in person, there’s always a small cost when shopping—whether online or offline.
